Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician

Basic salary up to £29,500 per annum, with an uplift of 15% on the later shift pattern. Access to a throughput bonus scheme working out at £4,200+ per annum. 22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays increasing over continuous length of service. Contributory workplace pension scheme. Fantastic long-term career prospects with a large and premium car dealer group. Working hours are on a 2 weekly rota. Monday to Friday 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm, then Monday to Thursday 2 : 00pm-12 : 00pm (Enjoy having every Friday and weekend off!) There is a shift allowance for the evening shift of 15% - The option to work the late shift permanently is available, providing a much larger earning potential!

Our Client, a busy Automotive award-winning dealer group in Chepstow, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician to join their busy Bodyshop.

For your hard work as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician with our Client, you will be rewarded with a salary of £38,000.

Skills and Qualifications required of a Paint Sprayer :

• Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
• The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
• ATA would be beneficial
• Fully Qualified Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Self-Motivated and a good team player
