Salary : £65,000 gross per annum

Hours : 37 Per Week / 52 weeks per year - Full time on-site Contract Type : Permanent

The Role

As a member of the College Executive Team, you will lead an effective and efficient Human Resources function to support the embedding of a culture, ethos, values and behaviours which contribute to the success of The College. You will further develop, refine and secure support for a comprehensive range of employment and HR policies that support the Strategic Plan and the vision and mission of the College.
