1st Line IT Support Technician

Location : Leamington Spa

Salary : £20,500-22,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join a busy and influential Corporation. As the first point of contact, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.

Key Duties and responsibilities :

  • Provide support to the systems department in being the first line of support
  • Solving technical and software queries via telephone, emails and live chats
  • Analysing concerns from the start to confirm the issue and resolve
  • Escalating issues to the right departments

The ideal candidate :

  • Preferred knowledge of basic IT and technical software
  • Organisation skills to manage queries across all platforms
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
