Payroll Supervisor

Role : Payroll SupervisorLocation : Hillington (Office based)Looking to elevate your career as a Payroll Supervisor for an award-winning, ambitious employer?You will have responsibility for all aspects of payroll on a weekly and monthly basis with the payroll team reporting into the Financial ControllerThis opportunity requires a confident professional to work in cross-collaboration with different departmentsOur client is ideally looking for someone with experience in Payroll and has excellent experience in Microsoft Office who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to thrive within a high-profile role.Key Responsibilities : Process weekly and monthly salaries in line with monthly payroll deadlines for a diverse employee baseCalculate and process statutory deductions such as PAYE, National Insurance, maternity, paternity, adoption, sickness, student loans, and pension contributionsExplaining calculations to managers and resolving queriesAdvising on any changes to UK payroll tax rulesChecking and processing timesheetsEnsure that all employee pay is processed accurately and on timeProcessing new starters, changes and leaversPublish P45's and payslipsCollating data and preparing reportsProducing payroll reports Experience : Proven experience in a Payroll Supervisor position or a similar role (minimum of 3 years)Proficiency in payroll softwareStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent excel skillsStrong organisational skills If you're ready to grow with a market-leading business and take on a rewarding and impactful role, I'd love to hear from you!Please send your CV to Rosie Hutcheon, or call (phone number removed) via the 'Apply Now' option to be considered for the role
