Job Description :

Our Client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer to join their CQS-accredited Conveyancing department. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-volume caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the Property department.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Exposure to new build transactions and shared ownership schemes is desirable.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property law regulations and maintain a high standard of client care.
  • Utilise case management systems and the Land Registry Portal efficiently.
  • Provide supervision and support to junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • A minimum of 1 year PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
  • Strong IT literacy and experience using Case Management Systems and the Land Registry Portal.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
  • A diligent, conscientious, and cooperative approach to work within a team environment.
