We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a permanent basis for an established and highly respected housebuilder based in the North Lancashire / South Cumbria. You will initially be managing a long term residential project based in Carnforth.Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the construction site. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, as well as liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of operations.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a similar position within the construction industry. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
