Join a Leading International Automotive Manufacturer in Shipley as a Manufacturing Operative!Major Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international automotive company with a significant presence in Shipley area (Commutable from Bradford and West Leeds).Our client operates a large factory employing over 700 people and continues to expand across the UK. We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Operatives to join their dynamic team.Your Role as a Manufacturing Operative : As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in :

• Operating machinery to produce high-quality automotive parts.
• Testing cooling systems for off-highway vehicles.
• Assembling oil coolers for tractors.
• Building and assembling modules.
• Handling heavy-duty industrial equipment.
• Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Following detailed plans and manufacturing processes.Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.What We're Looking For : We're seeking individuals with the following skills and experience :
• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment.
• Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings.
• Ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Good communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.Shift Patterns : Weekly alternating shifts : Week 1 : Monday - Thursday : 6am - 2pm, Friday : 6am - 11amWeek 2 : Monday - Thursday : 2pm - 10pm, Friday : 11am - 4pmPay Rate : £13.26 per hourWhy Join Us?In addition to competitive pay, we offer :
