Carry out quality assessments on technicians work, feeding back consistently to continually improve our service
Carry out regular plot checks, ensuring defects are resolved before we hand over to the customer
Work closely with the Head of Customer Service and other internal and external stakeholders
Effectively manage and review In-House and NHBC data to better understand our customers
Requirements :
A background in a similar role within Construction, or working as an Assistant / Site / Project Manager with a builder, and looking for a change of career
Full driving license, and willingness to travel to sites in West Sussex & Kent
Fast thinking, customer focussed individual
Ability to communicate well, and influence at all levels
