Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) - Uttoxeter

Location : Uttoxeter | Salary : £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

My client is seeking a detail-driven VDA to join their fast-paced bodyshop. If you have a keen eye for maximizing efficiency and ensuring top-quality repairs, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess vehicle damage & ensure repairs match estimates
• Work closely with engineers & technicians to follow repair methods
• Load repair methods onto job cards & inspect jobs from start to finish
• Identify additional repairs & maximize job profitability
• Liaise with insurers & suppliers to keep processes smooth

What We're Looking For :

Experience as a VDA in a bodyshop / accident repair environment

ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)

Strong knowledge of repair methods, estimating & Audatex / Glassmatix

Detail-oriented & results-driven approach
