Overview :

We are seeking a strong Manager who has strong knowledge and previous experience working with Ofsted, dedicated to supporting children with complex Learning Difficulties. This role requires strong leadership abilities, in-depth Ofsted knowledge, and a commitment to fostering a safe, supportive environment for young residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Management : Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the home adheres to Ofsted standards and provides high-quality, child-centered care.
• Compliance & Quality Standards : Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, with a focus on meeting and exceeding Ofsted inspection requirements.
• Staff Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of residential care workers, providing support, development, and training to uphold high standards of care.
• Safeguarding & Child Protection : Implement and monitor safeguarding policies to create a secure, nurturing environment for all residents.
• Individualized Care Planning : Develop, review, and update comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
• Financial Oversight : Manage the budget effectively, ensuring the home remains financially sustainable and efficient.
