This Residential Groundworks Company are seeking a Site engineer due to the uptick in work and winning in projects in 2025 ranging from £5m to £15m in size. If you are a Site Engineer looking to join a their operational team. Duties :

• Setting out
• Providing technical guidance to the site team
• Ensuring all specifications and standards are met so the project can be built to the highest quality
• Quality Assurance
• Record keeping - S104 and S38 survey
• Street works applications
• Cross checking CAD informationRequirements : Experience in Residential GroundworksExperience as a Site EngineerAbility to commute in and around the East MidlandsRemuneration : Up to £65,000 p.aCar Allowance / Company CarPaid HolidaysPension Scheme
