My client who are based in the Aldridge area are looking for a hand person / maintenance team member to join the department on a temporary basis, this role could be permanent for the right person.

The ideal candidate will be supporting the maintenance department on site :

Duties of a handy person / maintenance team member to include :

Assisting with new installs, overseeing contractors on site

Arranging service maintenance visits

Ordering replacement parts / spares

Conduct compliance checks to include, emergency lighting

Dealing with general repairs and maintenance on site

Adhering to H&S policies and procedures
