Event Project Technician

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Technician is at the heart of the service we provide to our clients at RFIDentikit. You will be responsible for using your coding and customer service skills to build the environments which allow the client to manage their events to comply with their security and access standards. You will be expected to work side by side to ensure that all their needs are met to a high standard.

You will work in a team of projects staff building the event environments and liaising with clients throughout. Our Project Technicians are the face of the business on site, all over the world, and from our office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure RFIDentikit proprietary software to create environments and assets for client events and access control operations.
• Create and configure bespoke client event portals for use by client staff, contractors, guests, and volunteers.
• Find solutions for client requests to personalise the service we provide.
• Manage workflows on Jira keeping up to date records of task progress and completion.
