The positions are based in our modern, establishment within Suffolk area.Location : SuffolkDetails of the Role : Contract Type : Temporary; with options for full-time or part-time engagements.Key Responsibilities : Provide professional health care to residents.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for residents.Maintain high standards of clinical documentation.Training Requirements : Must have Level 3 Dip.in Children and Young Peoples Workforce / Level 3 Dip. in Residential Childcare ; Training in Team Teach.All mandatory training
