Job description

Job Title : Administration, HR, Data, and Finance Assistant

Job Role :

We are currently looking for an organised and motivated individual to join a dynamic school team in the administration, HR, data, and finance departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, with a passion for supporting the educational environment.

Working Pattern : Part-time :

  • Monday : 09 : 00 - 12 : 30
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday : 09 : 00 - 15 : 00

Contract Type : Permanent

Salary :

Scale 4, Spinal Point 7-11

  • Actual Salary : £12,630 - £13,462
  • FTE : £27,503 - £29,314
  • Key Skills and Experience :

    We are looking for a candidate who has :

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good IT skills, with a solid understanding of Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with outside agencies.
  • Flexibility to work as part of our strong administration team and support the smooth running of school operations.
  • A passion for working in a school setting and supporting the development of children’s lives at school.
  • A team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of Arbor and Agresso systems is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right applicant.

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
