Head of Property Solicitor

This high street firm in northwest Surrey has a new opportunity for a Head of Property Solicitor.

You will be part of the well-known and successful Property team, handling a full, varied caseload, on behalf of clients in the Surrey market and beyond. You will benefit from lots of autonomy and flexible working arrangements.

We are inviting applications from those with :

• Practical working knowledge of residential conveyancing and commercial property (residential experience is preferred).
• Previous management experience.
• Solicitors and legal executives with 7+ PQE welcome to apply.

This is not a traditional conveyancing role. You will focus on managing the Property team, speaking with lenders, CQS compliance and advise on technical questions.
