Role : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive school in Chester. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting students with diverse needs, including Autism, Dyslexia, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), facilitating their academic and personal development within both individual and group settings.Key Responsibilities :
- Provide tailored support to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students on a one-to-one and small group basis.
- Assist students in maintaining engagement with their tasks and ensure the completion of work to a high standard.
- Prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised, welcoming learning environment.
