Food and Beverage Supervisor

Salary : £30,000 per annum plus £7,500 in tips

Accommodation : Live-in available, next door to the venue with a cost of £400pcm inclusive of bills.

We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, making guests feel welcome.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, not just for guests but for the team in general.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Support the implementation of promotional activities and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
