HOURS : Full-time
WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About this opportunity
You’ll join us in Group Finance Support (GFS), a key function within the Finance community of LBG. We’re a team of c.300 colleagues, with responsibilities including financial reporting and control, people and culture initiatives and strategy implementation.
The team is at the start of a significant Transformation journey, and you'll be part of influencing, designing and implementing Finance Transformation over the next 5 years, both within GFS and beyond!
What you'll be doing
You'll lead and develop a team of approximately 12 colleagues responsible for financial control and reporting for LBG Commercial Banking division. As a Senior Manager you’ll role model strong financial control behaviours; influence key senior partners and contribute to broader strategic direction and business decision making by providing insight, control and thought leadership.

What you’ll need
A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or have alternatively gained a similar level of expertise acquired through substantial experience in a finance function.
