What will I be doing?

Part of the Transfer Team who are responsible for agreed transfers within the SPI organisation ( Strategy, Projects, Industrial ).

Ensuring all transfers is completed

within the agreed timescale and within budget.

Working in accordance GRP-0025 for procedures and governance

Resource management per project,

highlighting any risks on resource in near

future

Chair and manage cross functional meetings

to agree resource / timescales on

departmental responsibilities

  • Creation of project plans for each transfer with clear
  • milestones and critical path

    Undertake formal reviews with Project team

    to ensure plans progress to agreed timelines

    Undertake formal review with external

    suppliers / internal customer to ensure plans

    progress to agreed timelines

    Mitigate gaps to project plans

  • Budget adherence of department
  • Budget management per project
  • Completion of transfers in line with agreed timescales
  • Submit monthly presentation on transfer

    progress, inventory impacts, budget

    adherence and present at key Group reviews

  • Identification and risk management per transfer
  • Undertake risk reviews on all projects and

    identify and implement mitigation plans

    Work as part of a team to manage the

    exposure of risk through engagement with

    key stakeholders and suppliers within wider

    supply chain function along with the

    implementation of risk management actions.

  • Degree / HND or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of the French Language
  • Desirable
