What will I be doing?
Part of the Transfer Team who are responsible for agreed transfers within the SPI organisation ( Strategy, Projects, Industrial ).
Ensuring all transfers is completed
within the agreed timescale and within budget.
Working in accordance GRP-0025 for procedures and governance
Resource management per project,
highlighting any risks on resource in near
future
Chair and manage cross functional meetings
to agree resource / timescales on
departmental responsibilities
Creation of project plans for each transfer with clearmilestones and critical path
Undertake formal reviews with Project team
to ensure plans progress to agreed timelines
Undertake formal review with external
suppliers / internal customer to ensure plans
progress to agreed timelines
Mitigate gaps to project plans
Budget adherence of departmentBudget management per projectCompletion of transfers in line with agreed timescalesSubmit monthly presentation on transfer
progress, inventory impacts, budget
adherence and present at key Group reviews
Identification and risk management per transferUndertake risk reviews on all projects and
identify and implement mitigation plans
Work as part of a team to manage the
exposure of risk through engagement with
key stakeholders and suppliers within wider
supply chain function along with the
implementation of risk management actions.

Degree / HND or equivalent experienceWorking knowledge of the French LanguageDesirable
