We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator. to join a unique manufacturing company in Basingsotke. You will be working closely with the Administration Manager to ensure all sales enquireis are managed, sales order processing, producing quotations, progress chasing, sending out samples etc.
The role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Regional Sales Managers. To work closely with customers and agents to maintain company reputation. All administration relating to company marketing, PR, plus organising and managing exhibitions. Description
To provide sales administrative support to the MD and the regional sales managers.
To develop relationships with existing customers to potentially increase repeat order values.
To arrange exhibitions, liaising with the two Directors on organisation and attendance.
Issuing of sales samples and control of sample stock.
Maintenance of the company website.
Marketing activities including brochures, hand-outs, business cards etc
Various ad-hoc duties including assistance with telephones, dealing with customer visits and incoming / outgoing post.
To organise and attend exhibitions UK and overseas
You must have previous experience within a sales and marketing envrionment and must be willing to attend exhibitons. You will have a good knowledge of MS Office, Web site and social media platforms.
