Cleaner / Premises Officer

Equans is looking for a Cleaner / Premises Officer on a zero hour contract to join our team working on the Lewisham School sites, On offer is a salary from £11.44 to 13.32 per hour depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

Shift Pattern : Flexible working between the hours of & , Monday to Sunday

Lewisham Greenvale School, Water Road, Hither Green, London, SE6 1UG

Lewisham Prendergast Ladywell Field Col, Manwood Road, Lewisham, London, SE4 1SA

What will you deliver?

• To actively participate in the delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services, acting as the first point of onsite contact.
• To respond promptly to helpdesk events, applying relevant maintenance skills to any jobs / tasks.
• To carry out regular litter patrols of the estate to keep premises, grounds and car park areas tidy.
• To provide an emergency response in the event of adverse weather conditions by undertaking snow clearance and gritting.
• To setting up of all scheduled room layouts and equipment requested. liaising with other departments to ensure the timely clear and re-set of meeting rooms.
• To assist in the completion of weekly and monthly planned maintenance checks.
• To be responsible for the security of the estate acting as a registered key holder.
• To assist in adhoc cleaning duties.
