We are looking for a Senior Planner or aspiring Planning Manager to oversee a newly awarded £44Million Industrial project in Manchester.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can ensure they have a comprehensive grasp of project dynamics, setting the foundation for successful planning, execution, and achievement of project objectives.

You will be working alongside the Project Manager with a dotted line in the Group Head of Planning.

Are you currently based in Manchester or in the North within commuting distance?

This role will be based on site 5 days a week – Please note there will be NO option of remote working.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring all phases of construction are accounted for.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop realistic timelines and milestones, identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks.
• Utilize your planning expertise to support the successful execution of complex projects.
• Contribute to monthly progress reporting and oversee project / programme planning from initiation to completion.
