The Developer Services team deals with all types of new development and is a central point of contact for developers, consultants, councils, self-lay providers and the public.
What you'll do
As a Customer Co-ordinator, you will report to the Self-Lay Manager and work within a small team to ensure all water main applications are processed within the timeframe set by Water UK's levels of service.
In this role, you will :
Once fully trained, we offer a mixture of working from home and in the office. Typically, this role will be three days in the office and two days at home.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you will be a good communicator, confident with good time management and organisational skills to facilitate and manage the customer's application from start to completion.
You will be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as how to provide estimates. Some knowledge of water sector guidance would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
