MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : Welcome guests and residents in a polite and friendly manner.To be multi-functional working in all areas of the venue such as Bar, Restaurant, Conference or Event.Consistently demonstrating a high level of customer service; serving all customers, taking orders, making recommendations.Prompt service and accurate use of Epos and PDQs.Pride in maintaining standards of cleanliness and food / drink safety.Setting up and serving at events.Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or reasonable management requests when required.Maintain the highest standards of hygiene in accordance with Health & Safety & Food Safety PoliciesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : Previous experience working within the hospitality industry advantageous, but not essential.SKILLS : Excellent communication & customer service skillsAbility to multi-task in a busy environment, keeping a calm head when under pressureAble to work on ones own initiative and as part of a team.Ability to follow instructions.BENEFITS : Company pension20% discount on food and beverages at the Riverside Bar & Restaurant20% discount on Avon Park HolidaysRewards Platform offering money savingsEmployee of the month rewards programEmployee Assistance ProgramFree parking
