4Site Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a central London refurbishment project with the potential for ongoing work. The role will begin with overseeing two veterinary clinic refurbishments and, if successful, could lead to managing additional sites across London as part of an extensive rollout.Project ScopeFull refurbishment of veterinary clinics, including X-Ray rooms, dental rooms, surgery areas, consultation rooms, and bathroom facilities.The project will span multiple sites, each with unique layout and location-specific challenges.ResponsibilitiesOversee logistics, manage the supply chain, and coordinate deliveries.Maintain comprehensive reports and manage subcontractors.Ensure quality standards, safety, and project milestones are met.RequirementsExperience : CAT A & B fit-outs, able to read drawings and manage subcontractors effectively.Certifications : SMSTS / SSSTS and First Aid at Work (asbestos / fire marshal preferred).Interview ProcessIn-person interview If you're an experienced Site Manager with the skills to take on this unique opportunity and are interested in a potential long-term role, apply today
