CARETAKING CO-ORDINATOR – SIR THOMAS BOUGHEY ACADEMY

Permanent Contract – 37 hours per week

United Endeavour Trust is a Multi Academy Trust comprising of Clayton Hall Academy, Newcastle Academy and Sir Thomas Boughey Academy.

This is an opportunity for someone to join our Estates Team. You will be based at Sir Thomas Boughey Academy but there will be some cross Trust collaborative work.

Your responsibilities will range from unlocking premises / sites as required, general maintenance, site clearance and securing premises / site. You may be asked to work early mornings, evenings or weekends. You will be able to communicate effectively with staff, students and community users. You will also have a flexible and practical approach, a “can do” attitude, good attention to detail and a sense of humour to join our Team.
