Position : Registered Manager - Children's Home (EBD)

Location : Coppull, Chorley

Salary : £40K+ per Annum plus PRP Bonuses (negotiable, depending on experience)

Hours : Full-Time

PSR Healthcare are thrilled to partner with a growing and forward-thinking, care provider in the search for an exceptional dual Registered Manager to oversee two Children's Residential Homes in Chorley-just a stone's throw from one another! Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire a passionate care team, cultivating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
• Manage a motivated staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Residential Care Workers
• Tailor care plans to meet each child's unique needs and ensure the highest standards of care
• Ensure full compliance with company standards, Children's Homes Regulations, and OFSTED requirements
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Authorities and Care Quality Groups
• Maintain accurate records, including care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports
