• Key Responsibilities :
• Provide personalized support to individuals in their daily activities- Assist with personal care and promote independence- Utilize Makaron for effective communication- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
• Requirements :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Support Worker in the UK- Proficient in using Makaron- Full UK driving licence and willingness to use a Motability car- Up-to-date mandatory training certifications- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)- Ability to provide references for the last 5 years
