Senior Planning Manager

In a nutshelll...We have a new opportunity for a Senior Planning Manager to join our team within Vistry Southern, based out of our Basingstoke Office. As our Senior Planning Manager, you will support planning input across the Business Unit required to promote and deliver the Company's development sites across the south.You will report to the Head of Planning and lead on the preparation, submission and negotiation of all types of planning applications, the monitoring and evidencing of S106 obligations and condition trackers to ensure compliance and support house sales and assist in the identification and promotion of new development opportunities and provide advice to the Business Unit as required.
