Join our Thinking Fitness Team

Are you passionate about sports and the leisure industry If so we have an exciting opportunity for you! Were seeking a customerfocused Fitness & Lettings Officer to join our team working at gym at Brixham College and supportinglettings at Paignton Academy .

The successful applicant will oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures as well as prepare facilities for activities ensuring a welcoming environment. Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive proactive approach will be at the centre of your practice.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Fitness Supervision : Oversee gym activities ensure safe equipment use and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with customers handle enquiries and promote our services.
  • Operational Duties : Oversee health and Safety monitor site entry and manage daily operations including opening and closing the facility.
  • Lettings Management : Manage club and group bookings ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

This is a casual role which includesevening and weekend working.
