We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our global client’s team based in Brierley Hill, West Midlands. This growing company are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee sheet metal and assembly operations while also ensuring the manufacturing facility runs smoothly.

The roles and responsibilities of a Manufacturing Engineer :

Design, develop, and optimise manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication and mechanical / electrical assemblies.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.

Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and recommend equipment or process upgrades to improve productivity.

Support the manufacturing of sheet metal components, including, bending, punching, and finishing.
