Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join us. Working as part of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for effectively administering and processing invoices, monthly reconciliations, managing supplier accounts and queries, processing and submitting our monthly freelance payroll, as well as supporting the team with a wide range of purchase ledger and other duties.
You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in purchase ledger, ideally working with multiple divisions / business units and projects, experience with Sage50 would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have good customer service and organisation skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also be competent with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
