Senior Quantity Surveyor (Chartered)Project Delivery ConsultancyBased in Pall Mall, LondonPermanent : up to £80,000 + PackageWe are currently searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with one of the most highly regarded Project Delivery Consultancies in the UK. They pride themselves on having repeat work from a range of high-profile clients and operate across the residential and commercial sectors.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a project delivery consultancy you will operate in a strategic and leadership role, overseeing cost management and commercial aspects of construction projects on behalf of clients.Role :

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial control across project lifecycles.
• Manage procurement strategies, tendering, and contractor selection.
• Oversee contract administration, including change control and claims management.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, risks, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, construction law, and best practices.
• Support project delivery teams with commercial advice and strategic input.
• Lead and mentor junior QS staff, promoting best-in-class quantity surveying standards.
• Represent the consultancy in client meetings, providing clear, expert commercial guidance.Required :
• In-depth knowledge of cost planning and construction contracts
• Experience working a mix of residential and commercial project would be preferred.
• Commercial awareness and risk management
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and client-facing skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards this.
