Job summary
This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our medical student administrative team supporting education and training of medical students across Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust. This is a 12 month Maternity Cover position.
Part of this role is acting as our Trust liaison with Southern Housing for student accommodation on the Basingstoke site
The post holder will be based at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital, although they must also be willing to work on both Winchester and Basingstoke sites. This is a part-time position.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be part of a dynamic team ensuring complex programmes are planned, coordinated and matched against strategic targets for students' placements in all clinical areas. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in medical education in an administrative role and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should also have the ability to effectively plan ahead, meet deadlines and prioritise workload for self and others.
