Our team has a significant impact on growth of the company. We are responsible for the underwriting of all of Arrow’s portfolio acquisition opportunities across multiple geographies and assets. Team members are involved in transactions in the UK, Portugal, Italy and the Netherlands, and the work is both varied and challenging.

We typically assess around 150 investment opportunities per year and the pricing team is responsible for running transactions post origination, including the valuation of the portfolio, due diligence, interaction with the seller, and presenting investment proposals to Arrow’s investment committee.
