Job description

Client Name : Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Role : Locum Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Rates : £90 - £100 per hour (PAYE)

Shifts : Full time ideally however, Part time considered including 1 : 7 On Call rota

Details : Must be dual qualified GMC and GDC registered with experience in the UK if possible - ideally Consultant level but can consider candidates from Associate Specialist Grade who has significant experience in the role and is dual qualified.

Location : Royal Surrey County Hospital

We have a fantastic new locum role for a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery! Read on to learn more about this unique opportunity.

Working at Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust , you will be working as part of a fantastic team of healthcare professionals who will be making a massive difference to the lives of very vulnerable children and young people. As a consultant, you will be a pillar of knowledge and expertise for your colleagues and use your experience to diagnose and treat patients with diseases affecting the mouth, jaws, face and neck.

Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications

Essential

  • FRCS (OMFS) Essential CV
  • Must be dual qualified GMC and GDC registered
  • Completion of higher training (CCT or within 6 months of obtaining)
  • Be a GMC registered Doctor
  • Have relevant experience at consultant level, or references to support your transition up to Consultant level.
  • Hold evidence of stand-alone Right to Work in the UK (unfortunately locum jobs can't offer visa sponsorship)
  • You will need to pass an enhanced background check (DBS).
