We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Experience Agent.This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities and Duties : Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner. Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods / tools Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience Stay up-to-date with new services, and policies Qualifications Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Skills and Competencies :
