The Technical Lead is a pivotal role in the organisation; the aim of the role is to use knowledge, skills and experience to support textile production across the teams with technical engineering solutions, working to lean principles to improve production efficiency.

• You will create and manage the site maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns and increase efficiency, liaising with Team Leaders to ensure that faults and repairs are documented for action. Control a stock of spare parts for all machinery and ensure a safe and organised area.

Responding quickly to machinery breakdowns you will repair where the fault is within your own capability and where external expertise is required you will manage contractors on site ensuring visitor protocols are adhered to. Where possible learn ...
