CNC Operator

This position is being advertised by Swift Temps Ltd, trading as an Employment AgencyFull time , experienced CNC Operator required immediately on a full time, temp to perm basis in Halesfield Telford.Hours / Days of Work : Monday to Thursday : 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PMFriday : 7 : 30 AM to 2 : 00 PMPay : Up to £13 per hour subject to experience , wages paid weekly by Swift Temps Ltd for probation period will full time permanent contract available after 12 working weeksThe ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce UPVC and metal frames, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes within fast paced manufacturing settingDutiesOperate , load and unload CNC machinesFeed materials into CNC, monitoring quantities and outputAssemble parts and perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.Utilise hand tools and materials handling techniques effectively during the production process.Troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.Collaborate with team members to optimise production workflowsMaintain accurate records of production outputEssential Skills : Strong mechanical knowledgeProficiency in operating CNC machineryExperience with tooling and fabrication processes is highly desirable.Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in CNC operations.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work consistently.To join our prestigious client as a CNC Operator please summit your full CV or call 01952 443 916
