No problem!We provide comprehensive support, free online training, and taster days to help you enter the classroom feeling confident, prepared, and excited to get started!What You'll Be Doing : We offer a variety of roles, including Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor positions, giving you the chance to explore different responsibilities and gain well-rounded classroom experience.

• As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support students with their learning on a 1 : 1 or small group basis, help implement effective classroom strategies and build meaningful relationships that support emotional and academic growth.
• As a Cover Supervisor, you'll lead lessons using pre-prepared materials, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students stay on task in the absence of a teacher.
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Be a reliable and inspiring role model, helping students stay motivated and focused throughout the school day.Who We're Looking For :
