The position involves working closely with classroom teachers to support students in small groups and one-to-one settings, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. The role offers an initial temporary period to allow both you and the school to settle into the partnership. • Experience or a strong interest in working with children in early years education.
• The ability to build supportive and positive relationships with children and colleagues.
