for one of their high-performing regional branches.This is a key leadership role where youll oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and a team of drivers and operatives to ensure smooth, accurate, and on-time deliveries. Its fast-paced, hands-on, and ideal for someone who takes pride in creating an efficient, high-performing environment.Duties & Responsibilities : Lead, coach and develop warehouse and logistics teamsManage stock using the warehouse management systemOversee customer order deliveries and returnsEnsure SLA targets are consistently metConduct vehicle checks and manage branch fuel levelsSupport the Branch Manager with operational improvementsMaintain high standards of health & safety and complianceRequirements : Proven experience leading warehouse / logistics teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and organisation abilitiesComfortable using warehouse systems and MS OfficeCalm under pressure and adaptable to changeKnowledge of stock control processes and customer service operationsRelevant qualifications (e.g. ILM / CMI Level 3) are a bonusWhats on offer?A chance to lead, grow, and make a real impactwithin a stable national business that values people and continuous improvement.
