Special needs Teachers, Teaching Assistants and 1 : 1 Tutors required in Royston Hertfordshire area.Are you a Primary or Secondary Teacher or Teaching Assistant who has experience working with Moderate Learning Difficulties - MLD, Severe, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties - PMLD and / or complex needs?if so we would love to hear from you -Strategy Education are a preferred supply to a special school who are looking for qualified teachers, special needs teaching assistants and 1 : 1 tutors to work within their school.These roles are all long term and after a qualifying period of time will become a permanent role for the right person.Person specificationYou will be a qualified teacher (QTS), (QTLS) or (PGCE) with experience of working with students with special needs, either in a SEND setting or a mainstream setting.If you are a teaching assistant you will need to have a proven track record of working with primary or secondary aged students with special educational needsHave the ability to differentiate work according to each child’s individual needsBe passionate, caring and have empathyYou must be resilient and a good communicator who can work closely with your colleagues, external agencies and parents.Strategy Education is an equal opportunities employer and we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
