Fancy a Support role with a difference?
Would you like to learn to code or maybe travel to client sites in Europe?
If you have good SQL knowledge (selecting, updating & deleting), SQL scripting, functions and stored procedures is desirable and ideally an interest in code (c#), then this could be the role for you.
The role / daily tasks include
Responding to, tracking incoming calls, emails and helpdesk enquiries (Jira)
Ensuring SLA response times are adhered to
SQL and .NET small development tasks - typically existing customer extensions / requests or fixes as a result of support calls
Report & dashboard generation using inhouse tools for customer deployment
The support team are typically involved in various installations and will work alongside developers and then on a hyper-care basis to support the knowledge transfer from development to support team.
The role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office, as well as a 24 / 7 support element, usually 2 days on and 10 days off.
The interview process is over 2 stages with a basic SQL test and a face to face meeting with the tech team.
