Job Title : Estimator – High End ResidentialLocation : Leatherhead & Hybrid WorkingSalary : Up to £55,000 (DOE)   Are you a motivated Estimator ready to advance your career in the high-end residential construction sector? We are seeking an enthusiastic Estimator with a background in residential new build and refurbishments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from single dwellings to large 10-unit plots valued at up to £5m, all within the new build and refurbishment market in South-West London and Surrey.   Key Responsibilities : Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for residential new build and refurbishment projects. Oversee 5–6 projects concurrently, ensuring accurate and timely estimation. Serve as the sole Estimator, providing essential support to 5 site managers and senior business leaders. Collaborate with project teams to refine budgets and optimise project efficiency using industry-standard estimation techniques. Assess tender documentation and manage bids. Liaise with clients, architects, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain a strong understanding of market rates and procurement strategies. Essential Requirements : Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail. Familiarity with industry-standard estimation software and methodologies is advantageous. Ability to work flexibly with an expectation of spending two days per week in the office. Demonstrable experience or a keen interest in high-end residential construction. Familiarity with listed and heritage building projects is a plus. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Salary & Benefits : Salary up to £55,000 per annum, complemented by a discretionary bonus of approximately 10%.
