Role DescriptionJob Title :  Interim Regional Head of OperationsLocation : South East, UKSalary & Job Type : £Excellent salary & £3k car allowance, Interim 6th month Contract, 37.5 hoursSector : Charity, Health & Social CareScope of the JobWith the support, the Interim Peripatetic Regional Head of Operations will oversee the delivery of the highest levels of care, focus on continuous improvement and the implementation of best practice. Ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes and provides strong leadership to the Service Managers and the wider teams. Will also support the delivery of strategic growth and change whilst ensuring service delivery to every person we support is exceptional. The role will ensure services are delivered in a way that puts people we support at the centre of their care and support, promoting rights, choice, dignity, diversity and value for money, meeting all organisational and statutory requirements and delivered in compliance with Care Quality Commission.
