The school fosters a nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, so is seeking a Social Worker who can contribute to the safeguarding an well-being of students.The successful candidate will not only play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and development of students, but will also work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual and group support to students facing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement support plans.
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and appropriate interventions.Requirements :
  • Qualified Social Worker with around 3 years experience
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
