Position : Property Caretaker / Janitor
Start Date : ASAP
Location : Greendykes EH16 4JJ
Pay Rate : £12.81 per hour
Hours of Work :
Monday : 08 : 00 am - 16 : 15 pm
Tuesday : 08 : 00 am - 15 : 45 pm
Wednesday - Friday : 08 : 00 am - 15 : 30 pm
Breaks : 30 minutes unpaid break
Role Length : End of July with possible extension
Key Responsibilities :
- Cleaning High Rise Buildings : Ensure communal areas are spotless, creating a pleasant living environment for residents.
- Bulky Waste Clearance : Safely and efficiently clear bulky waste items, for someone else to collect.
