With over 20 years of industry experience, this company has built a stellar reputation, working with clients ranging from major developers to housing associations.The Role : This is a fantastic chance for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join a respected team and contribute to high-profile projects. You’ll be involved in a variety of work, from conducting asbestos surveys to air monitoring and 4 stage clearances. If you’re ready to step into a role that offers both challenge and growth, this is the perfect fit!Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct demolition, refurbishment, and management surveys in Commercial, Domestic and Industrial settings.
• Collect bulk samples and liaise with accredited laboratories.
• Perform air monitoring, including airborne fibre counting.
• Undertake 4-stage clearance, background checks, leak reassurance, and re-occupation testing.
• Compile detailed reports based on collected data.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of service at all times.Essential Requirements :
• BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH3).
• A minimum of 12 months working in a dual role (Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst).
• Strong technical knowledge in asbestos surveying and air monitoring, a good grasp of asbestos-related health and safety legislation and solid IT and numeracy skills.
• Full UK driving license, with flexibility to travel.
• Familiarity with TEAMS or similar software.
